Description

Position: X-Ray Technologist (Contract)
Client: Mount Sinai Health System
Location: 104 Delancey Street, NY
Start Date: August 3, 2026 | End Date: October 3, 2026
Duration: 9 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shift: Days | Hours: 40 hours/week

Requirements

Graduate of a JRCERT/AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology
Active New York State Licensed Radiologic Technologist (L.R.T.)
ARRT Certification required
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Radiation safety knowledge
Experience with diagnostic X-ray procedures

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations.
Position patients and operate radiographic equipment.
Follow radiation protection and infection control protocols.
Complete patient documentation and verify exams.
Maintain imaging quality and equipment.
Assist with inventory and preventive maintenance.
Participate in continuing education and competency requirements.
