Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical (Med Surg) team in Jackson, MI. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care by utilizing the nursing process, collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, and ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centered care throughout the hospital stay.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg RN experience.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current Michigan RN License.
Current BLS Certification (AHA).
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Previous experience working in a Level II Trauma Center.
