Description

Job Title: MRI Technologist
Department: Radiology Diagnostic
Facility: New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation – Elmhurst Hospital Center
Location: Elmhurst, New York
Start Date: July 27, 2026
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (through October 31, 2026)

Experience

Minimum 1 year of MRI experience in an acute care hospital setting.
Experience operating MRI equipment.
Knowledge and experience with Client MRI equipment required.

Education

Associate's Degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

Licensure & Certifications

Current New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) Radiologic Technologist License.
Current ARRT (MRI) certification or ARMRIT certification.
BLS (American Heart Association) preferred.

Schedule

Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Night Shift)
Hours: 35 hours/week
Days: 5 days/week
Alternating weekends and holidays required
Training: First 2 weeks on day shift (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), including EPIC training
In-person interview required
