Registered Nurse – Home Health (Field RN) |  Bastrop, TX

Location: Bastrop, TX
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 07/27/2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (5x8 Days)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required (no exceptions)

• Minimum 1–2 years of overall RN clinical experience

• Active RN license in hand at time of submission

• Current BLS certification

• Valid driver's license required

• Reliable transportation and active auto insurance required

• OASIS experience required

• HCHB experience required

• Previous travel experience preferred

• No pending licenses accepted

• No license disciplinary history accepted

• First-time travelers accepted

Call & Weekend Expectations

• On-call participation required

• Must be open to at least one weekday night of call

• Weekends as needed

Territory

• Must be willing to travel up to 50–60 miles from the assigned office

• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

• Reimbursement covers travel from the first patient visit to the last patient visit only

Special Requirements

• HCHB and OASIS experience required for all RN candidates

• Candidates without HCHB training must complete certification prior to start (traveler-paid training may apply)

• Non-smokers strongly preferred due to COPD patient population sensitivity
