Description

Looking for a Physical Therapist Assist to work 5x8 days with every 4th weekend (Saturday & Sunday). Shift times: 0800-1630.

No call

Required:
- 1 year of experience
GROSS: $1900/ week
- MN license - Can submit without having it in hand. Temp license issues quick once the board is in receipt of all required documents. Traveler would need to commit to applying once offered
- BLS
- Accepts first time travelers
- Traveler must be 25 miles away from the facility as they do NOT accept locals.

Charting: EPIC (experience preferred)
