Description

Please Note: The territory is in a metropolitan area and heavily populated with homeless. Note that you won't be working with this population, you'll just have to be comfortable parking/walking etc. in a heavily populated area of homeless - traveler will be working with patients with alcohol or substance abuse

Schedule - Open to full time - 3x8s per week
Average # of patients/day: will average
Points per day/week:
20 hours guaranteed per week

Guaranteed Hours: 20 - traveler must have client approve Aya Timecard with the number of visits and points written on it.
Types of Cases: Home Health, Gait, strength, range of motion
Years of experience REQ: Min 1 year Home Health/Oasis exp
First-timers accepted?: (Y/N) - Yes
Certs REQ: BLS and valid License in hand at time of submission
Is on-call REQ?: (Y/N) N
Territory/County covering: San Francisco, majority downtown area
Mileage reimbursed?: IRS Standard - will cover Uber rides INSTEAD of mileage if preferred
Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? - Yes, 50-mile radius for locals.
Pending License accepted: (Y/N) No, must have valid CA license in hand at time of sub.
Special Requirements: Ref from previous agencies in Home Health/Hospice
