Travel Home Health RN Opportunity – Franklin, TN

Facility: NHC HomeCare – Franklin
Location: Franklin, TN
Start Date: August 24, 2026
Duration: 4 Weeks
Shift: Days | 5x8 Hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Requirements

Active TN RN License or compact state license
Minimum 2 years of Home Health RN experience
HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience required
OASIS experience required
BLS Certification
First-time travelers not accepted

Job Highlights

6–7 patient visits per day
No weekends
No on-call
Local candidates accepted
Mileage reimbursement at the IRS standard rate
Territory covers approximately 50–75 miles from the home clinic
Dress Code: Scrubs or Business Casual
