🏥 Travel RN – Hospice | Leander, TX

📍 Location: Leander, TX
📅 Start Date: August 10, 2026
⏳ Duration: 13 Weeks
🕒 Shift: Days | 5x8s (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of Hospice RN experience (2 years RN experience preferred)
Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS experience required
Active Texas RN License
BLS Certification
First-time travelers welcome

Job Highlights:

Provide compassionate in-home hospice care
Average 4–6 patient visits per day
Minimum 30 points per week (40-hour workload)
Admissions experience required
Complete charting in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) during patient visits
Participate in on-call rotation (weekdays and weekends as needed)
Travel within a 50-mile service area (IRS mileage reimbursement provided)
