🏥 Travel RN – Hospice | Leander, TX
đź“Ť Location: Leander, TX
đź“… Start Date: August 10, 2026
⏳ Duration: 13 Weeks
🕒 Shift: Days | 5x8s (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Hospice RN experience (2 years RN experience preferred)
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS experience required
- Active Texas RN License
- BLS Certification
- First-time travelers welcome
Job Highlights:
- Provide compassionate in-home hospice care
- Average 4–6 patient visits per day
- Minimum 30 points per week (40-hour workload)
- Admissions experience required
- Complete charting in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) during patient visits
- Participate in on-call rotation (weekdays and weekends as needed)
- Travel within a 50-mile service area (IRS mileage reimbursement provided)
