Travel RN – Transplant Coordinator | Washington, DC
Location: Washington, DC
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
On-Call: None
Local Requirement: Must live 50 miles from the facility.
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced RN Transplant Coordinator to manage the pre-transplant evaluation process for renal transplant candidates. Responsibilities include coordinating patient evaluations, reviewing medical records and lab results, scheduling transplant workups, educating patients and families, collaborating with the transplant team, maintaining accurate documentation, performing telephone triage, and ensuring compliance with transplant protocols and regulatory requirements.

Transplant Coordinator or Transplant Nursing experience preferred
