🕒 Shift: Days | 5×8 Hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
âś… Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of Skilled Home Health PT experience (First-time travelers welcome)
• Active Oregon & Washington PT Licenses required
• BCLS Certification
• OASIS experience required
