Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist
📍 Location: Hood River, OR & Surrounding Areas
💼 Position: Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
🕒 Shift: Days | 5×8 Hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of Skilled Home Health OT experience (First-time travelers welcome)
• Washington & Oregon OT Licenses
• BCLS Certification
• OASIS experience required
