Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry (Travel)
Open Positions: 2
Location: Greensburg, PA
Shift: Night Shift

Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patients using telemetry equipment.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience (preferred)
Current BLS Certification (required)
ACLS Certification (preferred/required by facility if applicable)
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus
