Description
If 3x12s - Call requirement: at least 1, 12 hour call shift bi-weekly.
Float will be required to other NICU units or facilities if needed.
Weekend coverage - every other unless the need changes
Unit System: Pyxis/Omnicell
Documentation System - EPIC (must have at least 1 year of EPIC experience)
Patient Diagnoses:
Babies 22 weeks gestation and greater
-abdominal wall defects
-HIE
-RDS/RFS
- Drug exposure/withdrawl
-hypoglycemia
- sepsis
- TEF
-Duodenal Atresia
- Diaphragmatic Hernia
-Urethral Stenosis
- myelomeningocele
- ROP
Special Procedures:
Full Body Cooling
Chest Tubes
Surgical repair of all anomalies except cardiac
Tracheostomy Management
Avastin administration and laser eye surgery

Jet Ventilator, HFOV, Draeger Ventilator, HFNC, Bubble CPAP
Alaris
Philips central
B Braun feeding pumps

Ostomy
Required certs: BLS, NRP STABLE and SC license
No 1st time travelers at this time.
