Travel Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Float
📍 Location: Huntington, WV
🌙 Shift: Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts
📅 Contract: Winter Holiday Coverage (Through January 4, 2027)
We are seeking a Travel Medical Surgical Float Registered Nurse for a winter holiday coverage assignment at a Level II Trauma, Major Teaching Hospital in Huntington, WV. Candidates with strong Orthopedic experience are highly preferred.
Requirements
- Active RN License (Pending licenses not accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of Med Surg experience required ( 2 years preferred)
- Strong Orthopedic experience preferred
- Cerner experience required for first-time travelers
- BLS (per facility requirements)
Assignment Details
- Shift: Nights (3x12)
- No Call
- Float within scope of practice as needed
- Contract through January 4, 2027
- No block scheduling approved (facility may attempt to accommodate when possible)
