Description

Position: PT Home Health - Santa Cruz / Watsonville
Schedule: M-F 8:30-5pm with 30 min lunch no on call
Average # of patients/day: 5-7 patients per day
Types of Cases: Home Health - geriatric
Years of experience REQ: Min 1 year HH exp
First-timers accepted: (Y/N) NO
Weekend REQ: None
Certs REQ: BLS
CA License in hand

Territory/County covering: 50 mile radius from hub/ office
