Description
Location: Warrensville Heights, OH 44122
Shift: Night, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM HPW: 48
Length: The initial duration is 13 weeks, with the possibility of an extension based on facility needs and performance.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must have minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg telemetry experience.
- Must have 18 months perm experience in specialty applying for prior to travel assignments.
- Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Must have perm Ohio license or compact state in hand
- AHA - BLS, ACLS & NIHSS Cert required.
- Note : ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation, with a required passing score of 80%, and a second attempt will be provided if the first attempt is unsuccessful. Failing in both attempts will lead to contract termination immidiately.
