Job Title: Registered Nurse – MS/Tele (4th Floor)
Location: Central Harnett/Betsy Johnson, North Carolina
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
HPW: 36

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry (MS/Tele) experience required.
• First-time travelers are accepted.
• Active RN license required (pending licenses are not accepted).
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Must be willing to work every other weekend.
• Must be comfortable floating between Central Harnett and Betsy Johnson facilities within scope of practice.
• Patient ratio: 1:5–6.
• No block scheduling available.
• Local candidates are not accepted (must live 50 miles from both Central Harnett and Betsy Johnson).
• No on-call requirement.
• RTO subject to manager approval.
• Guaranteed hours apply per facility policy (up to 2 call-offs per 13-week assignment; after that, contracted hours are guaranteed).
• Return traveler policy: Must be away from the system for 1 year before returning as a traveler.
• Maximum of 2 contracts (one extension allowed); must be away for 6 months before returning.
• Interview availability must be provided at the time of submission.
