RN - Nursing Vascular Transplant

AO, 2YR, 1ST TIMER - Transplant IMC RN - Days
Start Date: 8/31/2026
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift/Hours: 3, 12Hr 07:00 - 19:30 - blocked weekends Friday, Saturday, Sunday
License/certs: MD RN LIC, ACLS, BLS
#rooms: 27
Patient Age Range: Adults - Geriatrics
Patient Diagnoses: Provides post-operative care for vascular, kidney, and liver transplant patients. Performs hemodynamic and neurovascular assessments, monitors surgical sites for bleeding or infection, and evaluates graft function. Monitors labs, urine output, fluids, and electrolytes. Administers pain control, immunosuppressants, anticoagulation, and IV therapies. Identifies complications such as thrombosis, graft dysfunction, rejection, or
Special Procedures/Unit Details: **** Hard stop- 2 yrs IMC experience required *** Transplant exp required
Scrub Color: Navy Blue

Holidays: required as they fall, as scheduled
Weekends: every third weekend required
Floating: required within the specialty, other units and sister SRH facilities within scope
On Call: Not required
