PT Home Health – Travel Contract
Location: Walla Walla, WA
Facility: FC Compassus
Contract: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 09/07/2026
Shift: Days | 5×8s | 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health PT experience
- OASIS experience required
- HCHB experience required
- BLS
- License must be in hand
- Strong documentation and communication skills required
