📍 Job Title: Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
đź“Ś Location: 1005 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301-2834
📆 Duration: 13 Weeks
⏰ Shift: Night 4x12-Hour, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Unit Details:
- 20-bed licensed short-term skilled nursing unit
- Patient population includes post-surgical and chronic conditions such as COPD, CHF, diabetes, renal failure, CVA, and cancer
- Common cases include hip fractures, pneumonia, sepsis, COPD exacerbation, and joint replacements
- Patients are admitted from acute-care hospitals for skilled nursing and rehabilitation
- Skilled care includes wound care, trach care, NG tubes, and G-tubes
- Typical patient ratio: 1:6
