Description
Job Title: PACU RN
Location: Largo, MD
Start Date: 09/14/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 3x12 (07:30–20:00)
Hours: 36 hours/week
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years PACU experience
- First-time travelers accepted with strong 3–5 years PACU experience 2 years ICU experience
- Maryland RN License required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS & NIH required
- Patient ratio: 1:4
- Must be willing to float within specialty and rotate with Pre-Op
- May float to sister facility as needed
- Every other weekend required
Patient Population:
- Pediatrics through geriatrics
- Orthopedic, Neurology, Cardiothoracic, Vascular, General, Thoracic, Urology, and Gynecology surgeries
Notes:
- 16 PACU rooms
- Holidays required as scheduled
- No PACU call currently implemented; may be introduced with 30-day notice
- Navy Blue scrubs
