Description
Location: Clinton Township, MI
Assignment: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: 4 days per week
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in:
- Medical Technology
- Medical Laboratory Science
- Clinical Laboratory Science
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biology may be considered if coursework aligns with the position requirements.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a medical laboratory setting.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and theoretical knowledge necessary to perform laboratory functions.
- Blood Bank experience is required.
- Current BLS certification is required.
- Coursework completed outside the United States must be verified through a NACES-approved credential evaluation service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification at the technologist level from a nationally recognized agency such as ASCP, NCA, ASM, AABB, Client, or HEW.
Assignment Details
- 13-week contract assignment
- Night shift: 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- 4 days per week
- Every other weekend required
- Clinical Allied – Medical Laboratory position
