Physical Therapist – Home Health
Location: Mount Angel, OR

Start Date: 10/05/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 5×8 Days
Hours: 08:30 AM–5:00 PM

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of skilled Home Health PT experience
Experience with Geriatrics and Orthopedics
OASIS experience required
BLS/BCLS
Epic experience preferred
First-time travelers accepted
Oregon PT license required; pending license accepted
