Location: Seattle, WA
Facility: Providence Health and Services – MSP

Job Details

Start Date: 10/05/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 5×8 Days
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday
Hours: 08:00 AM–5:00 P
Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience
Acute Care Hospital experience required
Inpatient orthopedic experience required
Experience treating patients on the day of surgery
ICU experience is preferred
WA OT License
NBCOT
BLS
Epic experience preferred
