Location: Lacey, WA

- Hours: 08:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent relevant OT experience
- Home Health experience required
- OASIS experience required
- HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required
- BLS
- NBCOT
- License must be in hand
- Active driver's license and personal transportation required
