Shift: Days, 3×12s — 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Guaranteed/approved hours: 36 hrs; 48 hrs approved
Patient ratio: 1:4.5 (job overview says 1:5)
Weekend: Every other; 6 shifts per 6 weeks
Float: Yes — Acute Care/Med Surg
Experience: 1 year; first-time travelers accepted
Certs: BLS, ACLS
Charting: Epic required | Trauma: Level II
Beds: 379 facility beds; 27 beds on the unit
Patient population: Adults & geriatrics
Unit: New Acute Care Surgery / Trauma / Emergency General Surgery
Key experience: Med Surg, MS/Tele, post-op, wound care, drains, IVs, PICC, chest tubes, oxygen/HFNC/BiPAP, GI/colostomy, neuro/post-op, cardiac monitoring
Dress code: Solid navy scrubs for RNs
