Job Title: Registered Nurse – ICU

• Facility: Newark-Wayne Community Hospital

• Health System: Rochester Regional Health System

• Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

• Start Date: 12/07/2026

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks

• Number of Openings: 1

SHIFT & SCHEDULE

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week

• Patient ratio: 1:2–3

• Weekend coverage: Every other weekend

• Floating: Required

• Block scheduling: Not available

• Orientation: 12 hours listed in unit details; 16 hours listed as non-billable in rate details

• Pre-approved RTO: 2 requests

JOB REQUIREMENTS – POINTERS

• Minimum experience: 2 years listed in job requirements.

• Travel experience required; first-time travelers may be considered.

• Active New York RN license in hand at submission.

• Epic charting experience is mandatory.

• Must reside outside the 75-mile radius of the facility.

• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.

• Previous charge nurse experience is highly preferred.

• Community hospital experience is preferred.

• Must be willing to float to other units as required.

• RTO must not exceed 10 days.

• Return staff must have a six-month break from the health system.

• Foreign education requiring verification must be disclosed to the account manager at submission.
