Description

Title: RN – Hospice | On-Call

Location: Suffolk, VA
Duration: 6 weeks, starting immediately
Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (8AM -5PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay: Travel rate; locals accepted

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of recent Hospice RN experience
OASIS experience required
HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR experience required
BLS required
Active Virginia RN license in hand
Hospice/geriatric patient experience
Strong and timely communication & documentation skills
Must be willing to provide backup on-call coverage
Weekends may be required

Workload & Territory:

Approximately 5–7 patients/day
Geriatric hospice cases
Territory up to 60 miles from the hub/office
Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
