🏥 Position Highlights

• Behavioral Health RN – adolescent population

• Facility specializes in adolescents with complex behavioral and medical needs

• Pediatric experience is REQUIRED

• Rotating weekends

• Orientation: First week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours)

• EMR: HCS

• Locals are accepted at the same rate

• Nurses will be trained in Handle with Care during orientation

✅ Requirements

• Active RN license

• Valid driver's license

• BLS required

• ACLS preferred

• Pediatric experience required

• Behavioral healthcare experience preferred (2 years preferred, but not required)

👩‍⚕️ Patient Population

Patients may have complex medical and behavioral needs, including conditions such as:

• Seizures

• Diabetes

• Feeding tubes

• Pica

• Other medical conditions requiring specialized behavioral healthcare

The facility generally has 2 nurses on nights, although staffing may sometimes be 1 nurse. There is no official nurse-to-patient ratio.
