Description

Title: Medical Technologist / Lab Technologist
Location: Clinton Township, MI
Shift: 10:30 PM – 9:00 AM
Schedule: 4 days/week / 10hrs
Weekend: Every other weekend required

Required Qualifications

Experience

Minimum 6 months experience in a medical laboratory setting
Demonstrated technical proficiency and theoretical knowledge
Hematology experience required
BLS required

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in:
- Medical Technology
- Medical Laboratory Science
- Clinical Laboratory Science
Bachelor's in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biology may be considered if coursework aligns with the position
International education requires evaluation through a NACES-approved credential evaluation service

Certification

No certification is explicitly required
ASCP, NCA, ASM, AABB, Client, or HEW technologist-level certification preferred
