LICSW – Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center

Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 4×10 Nights/Eves | 4:00 PM–2:00 AM

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience; 3 years preferred/required per job profile
Full independent clinical license required — associate license will not be accepted
WA license pending accepted at submission; must be active before start
LICSW/LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC accepted as applicable
Experience with crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics
