Description

Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Facility: North Central Bronx Hospital – NYC Health Hospitals
Location: 3424 Kossuth Avenue, Bronx NY 10467
Shift: Nights 7:00 PM-7:30 AM
Schedule: 3x12 Hour Shifts | 36 Hours/Week
Start Date: 10/12/2026

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Maternal & Child Nursing experience
Minimum 2 years of IV Insertion and Phlebotomy experience
Minimum 2 years of Conscious Sedation experience
Active New York RN License required
AHA BLS & ACLS required
NRP certification required
ASN/ADN from an accredited Nursing Program required

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive Labor & Delivery nursing care
Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy procedures
Monitor patients receiving conscious sedation
Support maternal and newborn care throughout labor and delivery
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
