Occupational Therapist – Home Health | Henry Ford Jackson Hospital

Facility: Henry Ford Jackson Hospital
Department: Home Health Care – 7A4675
Location: Jackson, MI 49201
Contract: 13 weeks
Start Date: 10/05/2026
End Date: 01/02/2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hrs/week

Requirements

1 year of clinical experience
Minimum 1 year of Home Health Occupational Therapy experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year program recognized by the AMA and AOTA
Current Michigan Occupational Therapist registration/license
BLS certification – AHA
Valid Michigan driver's license
Satisfactory driving record
Reliable transportation
Telephone required
English proficiency
