Description

Title: Cath Lab Tech

Location: Beckley, WV
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract: Travel Assignment

Requirements

Experience: 2 years required
BLS: AHA BLS required
ACLS: AHA ACLS required
ARRT: Required
WV License: Required
- Candidates willing to apply for WV licensure will be considered
- Traveler must apply the same day the assignment is accepted
Flu Vaccine: Required; declinations are not accepted
- Medical and religious exemptions reviewed case-by-case
Local Rule: Must live 75 miles from the facility
First-Time Travelers: Not specified

Schedule & Call

Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
1 rotating weekday off each week
Call: 20 shifts per 9-week schedule
Every Other Weekend (EOW)
Must respond within 30 minutes for STEMI alerts
Call team consists of 2 RNs 1 Radiologic Technologist
Float: Required within scope

Department Details

2 Cath Labs EP Lab rotation
Approximately 8–10 procedures per day
Approximately 6–8 STEMI cases per month
Scrubs and lead aprons provided
Orientation held bi-weekly
