Travel Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Facility: Froedtert Prairie Ridge Clinic

Specialty: PT Outpatient

Shift: Days | 4x10s

Requirements:

1 year of Physical Therapy experience
Minimum 1 year of outpatient PT experience
Outpatient orthopedic experience
BLS required
Wisconsin PT or Compact License; pending license accepted
Experience with orthopedic conditions, including cervicalgia, low back pain, spinal conditions, post-op cervical/shoulder/spinal surgery, total hip/knee replacement
Neurologic experience including post-stroke rehabilitation, Parkinson's disease, MS, spinal cord injury, TBI, cognitive disorders, or muscular dystrophy
Home Exercise Program and patient/family education experience
Comfortable working with adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
