Description

Title: CVOR Tech
Location: Pomona, NJ

Position Details

Shift: Alternating 6:30 AM–5:00 PM and 9:00 AM–8:00 PM
Experience: 2 years
Required Experience: Cardiac & Vascular
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Locals: Accepted — rate differential applies
Trauma Level: Level II Trauma Center
Trauma Experience: Required

On-Call Requirement

2 × 48-hour weekend call shifts per 6-week schedule
14 weekday call shifts per 6-week schedule
Weeknight Call: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–7:00 AM
Weekend Call: Saturday 7:00 AM through Monday 7:00 AM
Weekend requirement is covered through the on-call schedule

Scheduling & Time Off

All RTO, block scheduling, and scheduling requests must be submitted with the initial application.
Requests submitted after the initial submission may not be approved.
Call-Off Policy: Facility may call off 1 shift every 2 weeks.

Required Certifications

Must be included with submission:

BLS
NBSTSA or NCCT

Required Clinical Skills

Scrub Experience

Cardiac scrub experience — Required
Vascular scrub experience — Required
General, Urology & Orthopedic scrub experience — Highly Preferred
Level II Trauma experience — Required
