Description

Outpatient Oncology Pharmacist – Pleasant Prairie, WI

Facility: Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Specialty: Outpatient Pharmacist – Oncology
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day – 5x8
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Facility Type: Outpatient Cancer Clinic
EMR: EPIC BEACON

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience
• Oncology pharmacist experience in a clinic setting
• RPh required
• BLS required
• Wisconsin or Compact Pharmacist License – pending license accepted at submission
• Epic experience required
• EPIC BEACON experience preferred
• PharmD preferred
• BCOP preferred
• Chemo/Hazardous Drug certification preferred
• First-time travelers accepted
