Physical Therapist – Home Health – Marshfield, WI

Specialty: PT Home Health
Facility: Compassus Home Health – Marshfield
Location: 303 W Upham St, Suite 208, Marshfield, WI 54449
Start Date: February 1, 2027
Duration: 13 weeks | Days, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00–17:00)

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of recent home health PT experience
BLS required
OASIS experience required for clinicians completing Start of Care (SOC)
Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required
Prior travel experience required per compliance
Active license must be in hand at submission
Experience treating geriatric patients
Skilled in patient assessment, body mechanics, orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, and home exercise programs
Patient and family education experience required
