Schedule

• 5x8-hour shifts

• Monday–Friday

• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• 40 hours/week

• No on-call requirement

• Block scheduling not available; travelers must remain flexible

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hospital inpatient RN Case Management / discharge planning experience required

• Acute hospital Case Management experience required

• Strong inpatient discharge planning experience required

• Med-Surg and/or Critical Care discharge planning experience required

• Experience coordinating discharge needs, resources, and transitions of care required

• Must be comfortable managing medically complex Med-Surg and Critical Care patients

• Therapy-only backgrounds will not be considered

• Candidate must be able to work independently after approximately 3 days of orientation

Certifications

Required:

• BLS

License Requirement

• Active Maryland RN license must be in hand
