Description
Location : Baltimore, MD 21215
Duration : 14 weeks
Shift : Days, 5x8, M-F, 8:30AM - 5PM, 40 hours
Start Date : 11/02/2026
Requirement :
- 1 year of counseling/behavioral health experience is required
- Outpatient clinic experience is required.
- Level I trauma experience is required. Level II trauma experience is preferred.
- BLS and LPC are required. LCSW-C and LMSW are preferred.
Additional information:
- An Outpatient Behavioral Health position.
- Serves pediatric, adolescent and adult patients
- Average daily census is approximately 8 patients.

Duties:
- Biopsychosocial assessments, initial evaluations and assessment of response to treatment are required
- Experience developing plans of care, problem lists and patient goals is required
- Family therapy, group therapy, individual counseling, marriage counseling and parental counseling experience are required
- Crisis intervention and discharge/contingency planning experience are required
- Collaborative care, multidisciplinary care coordination and referrals to additional disciplines/resources are required
- Experience documenting plans of care, patient response and patient/caregiver education is required
- Knowledge of Adult Protective Services, Child Protective Services and guardianship is required
- Experience working with substance-use concerns and suicide/homicide/self-harm risk is preferred.
