Description
Location: Morristown, NJ
Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Schedule: 5 days/week
Weekend: Every other weekend, with a compensatory day off during the week
Required Skills & Experience
-
2 years of RN experience in a home hospice environment – REQUIRED
-
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
-
Excellent critical-thinking and communication skills
-
Strong case-management and organizational skills
-
Knowledge of hospice regulations and insurance reimbursement guidelines
-
Ability to work independently in a home-based environment
-
Ability to travel between patient locations and counties as required
Preferred Experience

3 years of RN experience
-
Previous hospice case-management experience
Education
Required:
-
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) OR
-
Nursing Diploma with a valid RN license
Required Licensure & Certifications

Current New Jersey RN License – REQUIRED
-
Valid New Jersey Driver's License – REQUIRED
-
BLS – REQUIRED
Schedule

Days: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

5 days per week
-
Every other weekend
-
Compensatory weekday off when working the weekend
-
Approximately 4–5 patient visits per day, plus admissions
-
Float: May be required to different counties based on patient and business needs
