Travel RN – Neuro ICU | York, PA
 Location: York, Pennsylvania
 Start Date: November 9, 2026
 Contract: 13 Weeks
 Shift: Nights – 3x12 hours (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Neuro ICU experience

• Active RN license required

• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required

• Epic charting experience required

• Level I trauma experience required

• Teaching hospital experience required

• ENLS certification preferred

• Travel experience is not required

Required Clinical Skills:

• Neuroscience ICU and critical care nursing

• External ventricular drain (EVD) management

• Intracranial pressure (ICP) monitoring

• Post-craniotomy and post-neurosurgery care

• Stroke management, including ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke

• Angiogram and neuro-endovascular post-procedure care

• CRRT and ventilator management

• Carotid stenting, embolization, and aneurysm care

• Arterial and central line management

• Titration of vasoactive drips and continuous IV sedation

Schedule & Unit Details:

• 10-bed Neuroscience ICU

• Patient population: Adults and geriatrics

• Every other weekend required

• Holiday coverage required

• Floating to other ICUs and acute care units may be required

• Maximum 7 days of requested time off

• 8 hours of orientation

• Manager interview required

• Candidates must pass clinical screening
