Description
Contract Details:
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Shift & Schedule : 3x12-Hour Night Shifts | 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule block (2 full weekends) | Must work Christmas Eve or Christmas Day and one additional major holiday (Thanksgiving or New Year's Day). No scheduling requests or block scheduling allowed.
RTO: Maximum 6 days; must be disclosed at submission.
Guaranteed Hours: Guaranteed after the facility's call-off policy has been met.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Level IV NICU or Level I trauma facility required. Experience may be at a mixed adult/pediatric facility; children's hospital experience preferred. First-time travelers accepted.
California RCP license must be in hand. NBRC RRT, BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), and NRP (AHA) required. NRP Advanced certification must be in hand or the candidate must be enrolled in an Advanced class and obtain it before starting; Essential certification is not accepted.
Experience with tracheostomies, ventilators, suctioning, and oxygen therapy required. Specialty gases and blood gas experience are not required.
