Position Details:

• Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

• Location: Melbourne, FL 32940

• Start Date: 11/30/2026

• Job Duration: 13 weeks

• Shift: Nights, 3x12 hours

• Schedule: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (variable schedule)

• Hours per Week: 36 hours

• On-Call: Not required

• Local Candidates: Accepted at the same rate as travelers

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of RRT experience

• Active Florida RRT license (pending licenses are not accepted)

• RRT certification

• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications

• EPIC experience required

• First-time travelers are accepted

• NRP certification preferred

• L&D and NICU experience preferred, especially for night shifts

Additional Information:

• Floating between locations may be required.

• Every other weekend is required, with a variable schedule.

• Holiday coverage is required.

• Block scheduling may be considered based on unit needs.

• Two professional references from a manager, supervisor, charge nurse, or director within the last year must be submitted with the profile.

• Finalized time-off requests (RTO) must be included with submission. No RTO will be accepted after an offer.

• Flu vaccination is required from October 31 through March 31. Medical or religious exemptions are accepted.
