Description
HIRING: REGISTERED NURSES (RN) – PSYCHIATRIC / BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
Locations: Denver, CO
Client: Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC)
Contract: Minimum 6 months (1 year preferred)
Work Mode: 100% Onsite
Open Positions
Denver Women's Correctional Facility – Denver, CO 80239 (6 Positions)
- 3 RNs – Therapeutic Community (TC)
- 3 RNs – Residential Treatment Program (RTP)
Centennial Correctional Facility – Cañon City, CO 81212 (3 Positions)
- 3 RNs – Substance-Induced Psychosis Unit, with RTP support
Mandatory Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Colorado-issued RN license
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience:
- Inpatient psychiatric nursing for RTP
- Substance use disorder/co-occurring disorder nursing for TC
- Local Colorado candidates only
- Must be comfortable working in a correctional healthcare setting
- Must commit to at least 6 months, preferably 1 year
Work Schedule
- Shift: 5:40 AM – 7:00 PM
- 40 hours per week across 3 shifts, subject to shift cancellations
- Rotating schedule, including weekends
- Overtime requires prior approval

- No relocation, travel, or per diem reimbursement.
