Shift: Days, 7a-5:30p, 10x4, 40hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks

Weekend Rotation: Yes, on call
On-call Requirements: Yes
Holidays Requirements: required for on-call

Requirements:

• AK License
• 1+ Year of OR Circulating experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• 3+ Years experience preferred

Other Details:

• Floating Requirements: floating required to Endo on rare occasion
