Description
St. Luke’s Health System in Twin Falls is seeking a part time RN to join our Endoscopy team. The Registered Nurse will be working pre-op, post-op and intra-op for endoscopy patients. Position is located in the Medical Plaza.
**$4k Sign on bonus offered for position** (new hires)
Schedule: .4 part time (32 hours per pay period)- 8 hour shifts working varied days based on procedure schedule. Position is required to take call. Call hours are 3:30pm to 7pm M-F and 7am to 7pm on weekends and 24 hours on observed holidays. Position is benefit eligible and offers a sign on bonus requiring a 2 year commitment to St. Luke’s.

Position Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient’s needs. This RN position will be working on pre-op, post-op, and intra - op for endoscopy patients.
Responsibilities
- Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments.
- Initiates assessment based on the patient's problems or needs, the physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.
- Performs therapeutic nursing interventions.
- Manages care of patients.
- Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities.
- Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.
- Provides patient centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Associates of Nursing Degree or Diploma Certificate- BSN highly preferred
- Experience: 1+ years RN experience in Endoscopy, Pre Op or Post Op highly preferred
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
