St. Luke’s Heart Rhythm Center is a service of St. Luke’s Clinic – Idaho Cardiology Associates. The clinic offers a wide range of services and are committed to providing expert care and treatment of heart arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation. The team specializes in electro-physiology and nuclear cardiology.
What You Can Expect:
The Nurse Navigator role serves as the central connection point for the Heart EP Clinic team. Key responsibilities include supporting daily clinic operations by addressing staff questions, coordinating assignments, and partnering closely with EP and non-EP providers. The position also drives both short- and long-term goals by monitoring workflows, identifying improvements, and guiding process changes.
Collaboration across multiple departments—including COU, Cath Lab, Authorization, Research, and others—is an essential part of this role to ensure seamless communication and patient care. The Nurse Navigator keeps staff informed and engaged by involving them in planning, decision-making, and implementation of new initiatives. The role also leads clinic presentations and educational efforts for internal teams and partner clinics within and outside St. Luke’s.
This position plays an important part in shaping clinic operations, supporting team performance, and fostering a high-functioning, patient-centered environment.
Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hour shifts or 4 days per week 9.5 hour shifts; Monday - Friday. Major Holidays/Weekends off!

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors of Nursing Degree
- Experience: 2 years's of RN experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with electrophysiology specialty
- Cardiology experience is ideal
