Description

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Educator to support professional development and clinical excellence within our Nampa Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This role plays a key part in advancing nursing practice, supporting onboarding and continuing education, and ensuring our ICU teams are equipped to deliver safe, evidence-based, and compassionate critical care.

 

The Clinical Educator serves as a mentor, resource, and change agent—guiding nurses through orientation, skill development, knowledge transition to practice, and competency validation while fostering a culture of high reliability and continuous learning.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Experience: 4 years related experience, critical care experience strongly desired
  • Licenses/Certifications: RN Licensure in the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
