What You Can Expect as a Physical Therapist in Hearing and Balance:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist specializing in vestibular and balance disorders to join our hospital-based outpatient clinic.
- Diagnose and treat patients with vestibular dysfunctions, balance issues, and related conditions.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with vestibular and balance disorders.
- Educate patients and their families on vestibular and balance disorders, treatment plans, and home exercise programs
- Benefit eligible position
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid license to practice physical therapy in state of practice and
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Competency based training in vestibular rehabilitation
- Experience working with patients with vestibular and balance disorders
- Clinical skills in vestibular assessment and treatment techniques
